His passing on Sunday, October 25, 2026, has left his family and loved ones grieving a loss that came far too soon.

Although details about Tatum’s early life, school experiences, interests, and personal achievements have not been included in the published funeral announcement, his memory will remain deeply important to those who knew and loved him.
As family members and friends prepare to say their final goodbyes, funeral arrangements have been announced through Schmidt Family Funeral Home of Audubon.
Public visitation with the family will take place on Sunday, November 1, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Exira Lutheran Church in Exira, Iowa.
